If you are interested in contributing your time to the STAR Center, please fill out the form below. This form will allow us to get to know you and learn about your interests, availability and the ways you would like to volunteer.

After the form is completed, a member of our team will review your information and contact you to discuss volunteer opportunities that best match your interests. Depending on the role, additional information, orientation, training, references or a background check may be required before you being volunteering.
