Message from the President

The STAR Center is a very special place. It is an honor to serve the clients, families, and team members every day. We stand on the shoulders of those who came before us. What started with a very specific need in the lives of Margaret and Chuck Doumitt in 1988 when two of their children began to lose their eyesight has expanded to meet the needs of thousands across West Tennessee. The mission is the same today as it was in the beginning: To help any person with any disability to realize their potential. Our team is amazing and they come to work each day with one focus: to do whatever it takes to make the lives of others better.

Jennifer Graves, President of the STAR Center
