Kimberly Malone serves as a Reading Specialist at the STAR Center, where she is passionate about helping children develop the skills and confidence they need to become successful readers. She is committed to helping students grow in both reading fluency and comprehension.

Kimberly is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Education from Western Governors University, with plans to graduate in 2027. She is also certified in Connections OG in 3D and has previous experience serving as a dyslexia interventionist in both public and private school settings.

A West Tennessee native, Kimberly is married and is the proud mom of four children. Outside of her work at the STAR Center, she enjoys spending time with her family and participating in outdoor activities. She is also a UT Master Gardener and enjoys opportunities to serve and invest in her community.

Kimberly believes strongly in the value of community and in working together to make the community a better place. She considers it a privilege to work with children and families and is grateful for the opportunity to help students discover that reading can open the door to a lifetime of learning and opportunity.
