For me, this work is more than a job. It’s a calling. As Manager of Transition Services at the STAR Center, I have the privilege of walking alongside individuals ages 14 and up as they discover who they are, embrace their strengths, and step into a future filled with possibility. Whether it’s building life skills, preparing for the workplace, or gaining social confidence, my mission is to help each person see their own worth and believe in their ability to achieve great things.

I am driven by the belief that everyone has unique gifts and something important to contribute, no matter the challenges they face. Watching someone accomplish a goal they once thought was out of reach is the most rewarding part of my work; and it fuels my passion to keep pushing for opportunities where every individual can shine. Through open communication, strong advocacy, and meaningful connections, I strive to create an environment where potential is not just recognized, but celebrated.
