Libby holds a Master’s degree in Nonprofit Leadership from Carson-Newman University and a certification in grant writing. Her work focuses on grant development and expanding access to assistive technology through the Tennessee Technology Access Program (TTAP). She is passionate about connecting individuals and communities with resources that promote independence and opportunity.
