Lauren previously worked as a Speech and Language Therapist in the United Kingdom within acute and rehabilitation settings, supporting individuals with a range of communication, swallowing and accessibility needs. As an Assistive Technology Specialist at the STAR Center, she works with individuals with disabilities to identify technology solutions that support independence in education, employment, and daily life. She enjoys helping people access life opportunities in ways they may not have previously imagined possible.
