Donna brings more than 25 years of experience working alongside people with disabilities. She has served in Vocational Rehabilitation roles for both the State of Mississippi and the State of Tennessee. Donna earned her Master of Education in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling from Auburn University and later obtained her Vision Specialist Certification from Mississippi State University.
Her passion has evolved from helping individuals with disabilities secure meaningful, life-changing employment to addressing and overcoming the barriers that stand in their way. She is deeply committed to creating truly inclusive environments that focus on individual strengths, provide necessary physical and digital accommodations, foster direct communication, and support personal goals for independence and purpose. Donna believes in moving beyond mere inclusion toward genuine contribution and belonging—treating individuals as peers with unique talents rather than simply recipients of support.
